The CS:S team was very succesful in eCompete\'s first season. We finished the regular season with a record of 8-2, which qualified us to be seeded 33rd in playoffs. We started off strong and fought hard all the way to the quater finals. Unfortunatly, we were Ill prepaired going into our quater final macth and lost to #2 seeded Nart. Look for us in Eco season 2!

Due to the popularity of the sequel of the Valve hit Left 4 Dead, the team is now moving back into serious competition for Left 4 Dead 2! Expect the newly revised roster to carry dominantly into the game and for us to accrue many victories flying the unR banner!

The roster has been honed, trained, and re-fortified to the following, in no particular order:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2


Well we've waited long enough (biting our nails to say the least) for the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and now we can all take a big exhale and at least be happy that the game is released. I somehow found the patience to wait till the game became available to play off Steam on November 13th, and after quite a long wait for the download (My net averages around 180kbps download rate sadly) I fired up the multiplayer and went at it.

By the way, I should probably mention now that this review will deal strictly with MW2 Multiplayer as I have yet to even touch single player (story modes aren't really my thing). Carrying on:

Infinity Ward has just released Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It was available through steam as of yesterday, and has been making a killing on sales since opening day only less than a week ago. A short write-up/review will be posted here soon, so check back!
