Sliding by the skin of our teeth, unR L4D-1 goes 9-0 in Alienware Arena. This places us in the upper bracket finals, top 8 position.

Map one had an unfortunate incident where one of our players froze, resulting in a wipe which made the game much closer than it should have been. The rest of the game went without much drama, allowing us to trade wipes back and forth.

The finale allowed us to show our clutch survivor playing skills, finishing with a massive health bonus, after which we got a clutch death pull on NM5, the game was decided.

Good job unR, the skeet spirit lives in within us all, our dominance won't be stopped, especially not with our new partnerships. :)

Continuing our trends of dominance as of late, our L4D team beat WTE by a score of 6609-2429.

Map one played out in our favor, with a shaky tank fight we managed to finish with a low health bonus, but due to some great coordination we stopped them. The momentum was ours from then on out, allowing us to quad-cap WTE early on in the third map.

Play resumed as normal until the finale, where a strong opener from us allowed us to capitalize greatly on them and finish them off early in the finale.

In the end, this grants us a winner's bracket spot in the CEVO Alienware playoffs and labels us as one of the top 20 teams in the United Stats, great work to all involved.

Today cod4 team 1 had our first match.  The team has only been formed for a couple weeks now and hitting scrims.  Still in the mix of who will be considered starters and who will be the backups, we tied up against Allied Force, which has seemed to be deemed TWL-P.  Knowing their status in TWL put a little apprehension on the team but they knew they wanted to win and fought hard until the end. First half was an exciting one as we finished it 10-5.  Second half started hairy but with some good picks from resookie and all around team work we managed to pull of a 16-13 win.  

Great Job guys and continue the good work!

With AA dieing off more and more, more of our guys decided they wanted to compete CoD4 moving CoD6, as well.  To make it possible to allow more match play and a better overall experience we've limited rosters to 8 max and created 2 teams and brought in a few new guys to the mix.
